Protocols for Chauffeurs

As our wonderful client we (ISA Worldwide) would like to offer confidence that we are taking all necessary precautions to protect passengers as shelter orders lift and travel resume. To guide your efforts we have compiled the below precautions that we have implemented based on sanitization best-practices recommendations from WHO and CDC and specific expectations from customers that plan to resume travel soon. 

All vehicles are stocked with a complimentary ISA Safety Covid 19 Kit. The Safety Kit includes: Face Mask, 60% or greater Alcohol based hand sanitizer, Latex gloves and Fiji bottled water. All Safety Covid 19 Kits are properly prepared, packaged and sanitized.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • PPE equipment will be supplied to all chauffeurs. It will  include protective face mask (Surgical are more effective than cloth). and nitrile or latex gloves.

  • PPE will be worn on every passenger trip. From initial contact to trip completion

  • PPE will be worn while conducting cleaning and disinfecting of your vehicle

Vehicle Cleaning

  • A full vehicle cleaning will be performed daily.

  • Throughly wash all doors and handles with soap, water and a a sponge. Paying special attention to areas where someone would place their hands when opening or closing the door.

  • Thoroughly Steamed and Vacuumed all carpeted areas

  • Washing all exterior and interior hard surfaces with soap, water and a sponge paying special attention to frequently-touched areas such as the steering wheel, dashboard, glove box, instruments panel, A/C vents and controls, door-mounted controls and all additional areas.

Vehicle Disinfecting

  • Immediately after cleaning and drying all areas of vehicle we begin the disinfecting process.

  • Liberally spraying the interior, vents and ducts of the vehicle with spray disinfectant. 

  • Steaming process is also applied to frequently-touched areas, carpeted A/C vents, controls and door mounted controls. (Using Bissell industrial products to for-fill this process)

Chauffeur Routines

  • Temperature daily are taken of the staff and chauffeur will not perform trips if feeling at all unwell.

  • Before every trip all passenger areas and frequently touched objects will be sanitized. 

  • All vehicle will be supplied with alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol readily available for passengers to use.

  • Chauffeurs will be avoiding physical contact with passengers, such as handshakes.

  • Will Avoid using the recirculated air option for the car's ventilation during passenger transport; using the cars vents to bring in fresh outside air.

  • Chauffeur will offer to sanitize baggage/luggage handles at drop-off
